We incorporate coaching for subconscious transformation. This appeals to anyone who needs to stop smoking, lose weight, get rid of their anxiety, reduce the fear of flying or fear of heights, mend a broken heart, remove the roadblocks to success, enhance sports performance and more. We also can help to relieve the fear, anxiety and stress surrounding life-changing illnesses. We do this by using subconscious reprogramming techniques (NLP), creative visualization and intuitive coaching. The sessions include a simple relaxation technique and give you subconscious re-framing techniques to take home if needed to reinforce your subconscious mind.
